Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Python Developer who is excited by the prospect of working at the intersection of geospatial data, machine learning, and environmental science. You will help build, maintain, and scale the tools and pipelines that turn raw spatial/temporal datasets into actionable intelligence for decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect, design, and implement high-quality, scalable applications.
*Lead the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
* Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components in React.js.
* Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
* Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
* Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring coding best practices.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver solutions on time.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3 to 6 years of experience in data engineering activities, SQL and Python.
* Good understanding of data base management system.
* Experience developing and maintaining systems that handle large amounts of data.
*Attention to detail and code quality.
*Excellent problem solving and analytical skills in a high-pressure environment.
*Strong communication skills and an ability to convey ideas and concepts with clarity.
