Data / Decision Scientist / AI ML Developer

Role Summary:
- Seeking a professional with over 3 years of experience in crafting AI-driven solutions, ideally in logistics or supply chain domains. Key skills include proficiency in Price Prediction, Demand Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, Classification, and Clustering.
- Strong knowledge in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Model Evaluation, Hyperparameter Tuning, and Regularization Techniques, along with the ability to establish a robust testing and control system for developed models.
- Hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning frameworks in Python, including Scikit-Learn, NumPy, SciPy, Spacy, Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Advanced Skills and Exposure:
- Proficient in Text Analytics using NLP & NLU techniques, such as NER (Named Entity Recognition) / NEL (Named Entity Link), Doc2Vec, LSTM, SVM, and Naive Bayes.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning for text analytics, including RNN, Transformers, and Autoencoders (e.g., VAE).
- Experience in generative AI Technologies – GAN, Conversational Bots using Rule-Based, Retrieval-Based, and Generative methods, with a bonus for familiarity with advanced models like LLM (Language Model), including GPT and BERT.
- Exposure to AutoAI ML technologies like H2O.ai’s Driverless AI, scikit-learn’s TPOT, and Google’s AutoML, Kubeflow etc.
- Knowledge in deploying models using Kubeflow or similar CI/CD pipeline frameworks.
- Understanding of data engineering and preprocessing techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
